Present Perfect Simple & Continuous
We use the Present Perfect Simple tense when we are talking
about something in the past but when we don't say when it happened. It
has an effect on something now.
kita guna PPST ni bila kita cakap pasal benda yang dah lepas tapi kita tak cakap bila benda tu jadi.and ada effect terhadap sesuatu sekarang.
*action still x habis.
We use the Present Perfect Continuous tense when we talk about
something that started in the past and is still happening now, OR still
has an effect now.
bila kita cakap pasal benda yang dah jadi dulu n still jadi sekarang atau masih ade effect sekarang.
*action dah habis
##The Present Perfect Continuous suggests that the action has not finished, OR that it finished recently. Compare it with the Present Perfect Simple, which suggests that the action has finished.
Past Perfect Simple & Continuous
The Past Perfect tense is used when we want to talk about something that happened before another event in the past:
guna bila kita nak cakap pasal something yg dah penah jadi b4 event lain yang dh lepas.
The Past Perfect Continuous tense is used when we want to talk
about something that continued for some time before another event in the
past happened. We are more interested in that action than in the result
of it:
guna bila kita nak cakap pasal something yg dh berterusan jadi dlm sesuatu masa b4 ada event lain jadi yg dah lps.

The Past Perfect Continuous tense is used when we want to talk
about things which had continued for some time before another event:
##The Past Perfect Continuous tense suggests that the
action continued for some time and finished not long before another
event, or when the next event started. Compare the Past Perfect Simple tense, which only suggests that the action was finished.
