Unfair

in life, sometimes it can be unfair consider it fate ? luck ? i guess i dont belong to both take for example, in working life when you have 'cable', it is easy to get promoted im talking about someone else here. real life example. work for almost 10 yrs, no promotion , just a little increment seeing boss being biased i got dissapointed each year each time receiving the increment / bonus letter on the other hand, the other colleague simply got promoted just because she has her auntie as an executive in similar department itself is this really a fate or i wasnt born lucky enough? tell me :(
